Since 2020, at the age of 24 years old, Ashley Barron, best known as Queen Atara, has been writing songs and poems professionally. She gained her fame for her songwriting abilities when she penned her 2020 hit ‘Queen’ for hip hop. Followed by her 2021 hit ‘Reggae’ when she got 1.2 million streams on YouTube And 100k on Spotify, ‘Reggae’ Soon Became Viral in countries Like Ghana, Kenya, Jamaica, USA, South Africa Etc. Queen Atara was Born December 8,1995 in Montego Bay in a small town called Moore Park. She has four sisters and four brothers and was raised In different parts of Kingston and Spanish Town in Jamaica. She attended Windward Road Primary And Junior High School Followed By Donald Quarrie High School. Currently She resides in Hall in Tirol, Austria with Her son Allester & Elijah.

She has worked with artistes and producers across the Continent of Africa & Jamaica like Nature Ellis – Jamaica, Don Eldee – Gambia, Berry Vodca – Ghana, Tynallen – Zimbabwe, LENN¥ – Germany, Lofty Fullpage – Ghana, Yomade Soundz – Nigeria, Guddy the G – Kenya, Sweesh Donche – Kenya, Papaa Masai -Tanzania, Fusion – Jamaica with super producer Amir Shakur From Soul America International Records. Now she’s currently Working With Producer Justice Abel otherwise Known As Klasick Beatz From Ghana Which Is now signed Under Her Label Atara Empire. She Is now pursuing her studies In Modular Music Academy In Austria to become a female producer. Her current genres are: R & B, Hip Hop, Soul, Reggae, DanceHall, Jazz, Afro Beat.
